How to book a Covid vaccination appointment

You can book an appointment via the National Booking Service and 119.

Please go to the NHS website or phone 119. You will be able to select appointments at local vaccination sites.

You can also search on the NHS website for walk-in vaccination clinics.

Please do not telephone the surgery to book your appointment, as this will keep our telephone lines free for unwell patients.

Spring Covid boosters

The National Booking System is now live for over 75’s to be able to book their Spring booster vaccinations.

Appointments should be at around 6 months (and not before 3 months) since your last dose of the covid vaccination.

Please book online or via 119:

Information about your appointment

  • You will be given a vaccination card at the first appointment; please bring this to your second and booster appointments.
  • You should not drive for 15 minutes after the vaccination.
  • Face masks must be worn.
  • Please wear loose clothing so that the clinician can easily access the top of your arm.
  • Side effects – these are similar to the flu vaccination, such as: having a painful, heavy feeling and tenderness in the arm where you had your injection – this tends to be worst around 1-2 days after the vaccine, feeling tired, headache, general aches, or mild flu like symptoms.
NHS Covid Pass
Please visit the NHS website for information on obtaining a Covid Pass:
www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/covid-pass/
There are three ways to get the NHS Covid Pass:
