Contact Us
At St Austell Healthcare, we strive to make getting in touch with us as convenient and efficient as possible. To ensure we can assist you quickly and effectively, we encourage all patients to use our online contact form for appointment requests, non-urgent inquiries and administrative needs.
The online form is the most efficient way to contact us. It saves you time and helps us prioritize your request, ensuring it reaches the right team member promptly.

Submit Your Inquiry Online
Click the link below to access our secure and easy-to-use online consultation form:
👉 Submit Your Inquiry Online
Using the online form means:
Faster response times: Your query is routed directly to the relevant team for triage.
Convenience: Submit your inquiry during a team that suites you without a queue.
Answer in your own words, at your own pace: The form asks the same questions our receptionists would when you contact us by phone. Completing it online gives you the freedom to provide information in your own time, without feeling rushed.
Efficient: Help us reduce waiting times and streamline communication.
Other Ways to Contact Us
If you are unable to use the online form, please feel free to reach us by phone or visit one of our practice locations. However, for the fastest and most efficient service, we strongly recommend using the online form whenever possible.

Our surgery opening hours are as follows:
Wheal Northey: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays 9am to 4pm (Appointment's only)
Park: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Foxhole: Monday & Friday 8:30am to 1pm and Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:45pm
Mevagissey Surgery: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Carlyon Road Health Hub (The Hub): Monday to Friday, 8am to 6:30pm

The Hub is where our Urgent Care Centre is located, and where you will go if you need to be seen on the same day. If you have an urgent health issue, please get in touch with us as early as possible, preferably before 3pm. This helps us ensure that your care is given priority.

At the Hub, we have specialist staff for urgent care. Although it may not be your closest site, it is the best place to be seen if you are acutely ill.

After 6:30pm, you might be directed to the 111 Out of Hours service, especially if you need to be seen on that day.  The Hub is open until 8pm, but there will be patients on the triage list from earlier in the day, who still need care.
When we are closed
If you need to see a doctor when we are closed please call the Cornwall 111 Helpline.
Dial 111 from your own telephone handset. Calls are free from both landlines and mobiles.

In an emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
