We offer different types of care to meet your needs:
  • Urgent Care: For if you need urgent medical attention within 24 hours. Our duty doctors will triage your case. You may have an appointment with our urgent care team, which includes doctors, urgent care nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals. The urgent care team are based at the Carlyon Road Health Hub.
  • Routine Care: For non-urgent or ongoing medical problems. Your case will reviewed by your usual GP. We will arrange a telephone or face-to-face appointment if needed. We also offer routine reviews for conditions such as asthma, COPD or diabetes with our specialist nurses.
  • Mental Health Practitioners: For mental health difficulties. Our experienced practitioners can offer help and signposting.
  • Physiotherapist: For musculoskeletal problems. Physiotherapists will diagnose your problem, and refer you to other services if needed.
  • Prescribing Team: For prescription requests and medication management. We have a team of prescribing clerks and clinical pharmacists.
  • Social Prescribing: For help accessing non-clinical support in the community. Local opportunities include walking groups, support groups, exercise classes, gardening groups, gym activities and much more.
