Sick notes
If you're unwell for less than seven days, you can fill out a self-certification form and give it to your employer. For longer periods of illness, your employer may need a medical certificate. You can request a sick note online and have it emailed or texted to you.
Keep in mind that we don't provide Fit Notes to say you're ready to return to work. If needed, we can provide a letter for a fee of £18.
