If you have questions regarding your referral:
- Telephone the number on your appointment letter (if you have one), or
- Telephone RMS Kernow (Referral Management Service) on 01872 226700, or
- Telephone our Secretaries on 01726 871990, Monday - Friday 09:00-12:00.
RCHT Hotline
A hotline and email address has been set up to support non-COVID-19 patients who are experiencing a worsening of their symptoms whilst waiting for an appointment or treatment. The details will be taken by a call handler and escalated to an appropriate speciality clinician for advice and guidance. Patients with worsening symptoms should call the hotline on 0800 035 7777 or email rcht.cornwall.patienthotline@nhs.net.

The NHS has launched the My Planned Care website to provide patients with the average waiting times for local hospitals.
The website will be expanded over the coming months to include information to support patients whilst waiting.
