- This is the quickest way to make contact with us, and is for both urgent and routine care requests.

Online Bookable Appointments
Blood Tests, INR appointments, smear tests and baby immunisation appointments are normally available to book on-line.

Recent blood test results are also available on-line. If you have an on-line account and cannot view your recent blood tests, please let us know (via [email protected]) as we may need to alter your access rights.

Help at Hand App
The Help at Hand App provides you with easy access to the latest support services available in St Austell, by telephone and online. This App is available via the App Store (iPhone, iPad) or Google Play (Android). The App and most of the services listed on it are completely free of charge. Please share with your friends, family and work colleagues. We aim to make sure all these support services are available to everyone. |
Online record access is available for patients who are 16 years and older. Each patient is allowed only one application for online access. The viewing date for the online record begins from the date of consent. Any information entered on or after the consent date will be visible.
Access for children aged under 11 will be given to their parent or legal guardian upon request. This is known as "proxy access". Record access is granted through the parent or guardian's online record. This access will automatically be revoked when the child turns 11.

Access for patients aged 11 - 15 to online services will not be given. This is due to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and confidentiality considerations.
Proxy Access for patients aged 11 – 15 to allow parents/guardians to access to their child's online record is limited. You will be able to request medication only. This access will then be stopped on the patient's 16th birthday, when they can request an online account themselves.

Proxy Access for adults (aged 16 and over) can be granted to another person on a patients behalf. This may be for a family member or carer. The patient will not have a username and password. Online access will be given through the family member/carer’s own online account. This access will only be stopped when the patients informs SAHC to end the agreement in writing. It is advisable for the patient to look through their full record online before allowing proxy access to someone else.
The patient requesting proxy access for another person, must have their ID verified and complete a Proxy Access Online Form. Proxy Access cannot be given to parent/carer who is not a registered patient of St Austell Healthcare.
